The journey to holistic health and wellness starts with one small step, and that is  the desire to change. 

My Story

Hi, I’m Shepali.
With over 30 years in the health and wellness industry, my journey began with massage therapy, where I developed a deep awareness of how the body holds stress and how behavioural patterns manifest through physical tension. As my work evolved, I pursued studies in counselling and earned a diploma in healing and energy work.

In later years, my keen interest in health and beauty led me to develop my own skincare range. This passion inspired deeper research into adaptogenic health products, many of which I now integrate into my therapeutic treatments.

These diverse experiences have profoundly shaped my life, deepening my conscious connection to the greater whole. My path of growth and spiritual evolution has continued ever since.

Over the past eight years, I’ve dedicated myself to the study and practice of pranayama (breathwork)—a transformative tool that guided me through perimenopause and the deep neurological and energetic shifts women often experience during this phase of life.

The most recent chapter of my journey has been becoming a therapeutic yoga teacher. This training has not only deepened my pranayama practice but also supported my own healing from exercise-related injuries and the physical demands of everyday life.

I believe that prana—the vital life force—is carried through the breath. When we consciously shift how we breathe, we influence how this energy moves through the body, mind, and spirit. This understanding lies at the heart of my holistic approach, which goes far beyond diet and exercise.

Through a blend of active and passive meditation, breathwork, and energy-based practices, I support others in accessing deep physical, emotional, and energetic transformation—empowering them to cultivate balance, resilience, and connection in their own lives.
