Somatic Movement

Sometimes, we carry feelings in the body before we even know they're there—tension in the shoulders, tightness in the chest, restlessness in the legs. Movement becomes a way to listen, to express, and to release. Whether you’re feeling stuck, heavy, anxious, or simply disconnected, moving your body consciously can bring a sense of lightness, clarity, and grounded presence.
Sound

Have you ever felt a lump in your throat when holding back tears—or a tight chest when overwhelmed? These are signs that emotion and energy live in the body. Sound, when used consciously, helps us move what words cannot. In our sessions, we explore how sacred sound, mantra, and breath come together to gently unlock tension, realign energy, and awaken the body's natural capacity to heal.
