Understanding how prana moves through the body may seem as simple as deep breathing, but it is so much more than that. The body itself is composed of five Vayus (airs), five layers (Koshas), and three states—Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva. Through pranayama (breath techniques), movement, and meditation, we can cultivate balance, awareness, and positive transformation, helping individuals tune into their own intuitive power and trust the changes they wish to implement for their highest good. Think of it as pranayama therapy that treats the whole - mind body and spirit.

This 90-minute session is ideal for those with some experience in pranayama or breathwork who are looking to reset their nervous system and develop a sustainable home practice. You’ll explore a variety of breath techniques and learn how to sequence them to suit your unique needs.
It’s also a supportive option for anyone navigating a particularly stressful period who may not have the time to commit to weekly sessions but still want effective coping tools.

Breath Easy Pranayam - For Menapause
As women grow older and enter perimenopause, menopause, and eventually postmenopause, a wide range of symptoms can arise. These may include anxiety, fatigue, sadness, or sensations similar to depression. Key movements and specific breath techniques can be powerful tools to help alleviate these symptoms.
By the time we approach our 50s, we’ve lived through a multitude of experiences — and often, stagnant energy patterns can contribute to a feeling of being stuck, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Pranayama and conscious movement can help shift these blockages, allowing the breath — our vital life force — to flow more freely. This shift not only brings relief from physiological discomfort but also supports a more balanced and harmonious psychological state.
With regular practice, pranayama becomes a supportive ally, helping us navigate the waves of menopause with greater ease, resilience, and grace.

Breath Easy Pranayama - On going development.
Each session offers a focused yet holistic approach, helping you understand and apply specific breath techniques that support your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.
You’ll learn how to sequence various breath practices based on how you feel each day. Grounding tools such as sound (OM and AUM), stillness, and self-observation are gently woven into the sessions to calm and centre the mind and body.
You're encouraged to build a simple 15-minute daily routine, supported by instructional videos sent via WhatsApp to help you practise confidently in your own time and space. Journaling is also recommended as a tool for mindful reflection. We’ll touch on how breathwork can be supported by movement and diet for a more integrated lifestyle.
