How to Take Methylene Blue
Methylene Blue is typically available in liquid form and should be taken in small doses.
USP Grade Methylene Blue, 1% solution
10ml ( 20days at 10dr per day )
30ml ( 60 day at 10dr per day)1% solution
1 drop =0.5mg
10 drops = 5mg ( 0.5ml)
20 drop = 10mg (1ml)
0.5ml = 10 drops
Staring dose 5mg /10drop taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
Can be added to ascorbic acid/ vitamin C powder dissolved in water. Dissolve ¼ teaspoon of vitamin C in warm water, add the required amount of methylene blue.
Taking ascorbic acid with methylene blue make both ingredient more readily available to the body.
Alternatively, add lemon juice or orange juice to methylene blue mix.
